Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

• Free shipping on all orders over R1,500 excluding wall mounted sculptures.
• Orders below R1,500 are subject to a R200 delivery fee.
• Locker to Locker for small items can be arranged at your own cost. Please notify us via email.
• All orders are shipped via courier.
• For pick-up options, contact us directly via email. (East Rand Area Gauteng)

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timeframes:
  • 3 – 5 business days for main cities.
  • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
    
• Orders are shipped only on business days.
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

• We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
• Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this present moment. 

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
